AST GLOBAL SHIPPING ON ALL iThrough ORDERS Orders are typically delivered globally within just 3 days! However, orders placed on Friday/holidays/weekends will not be processed and shipped until the following business day. Shipping Time It depends on when you place the order. Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 15 business days via Express Global Shipping. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs, postal delays or holidays. Global Shipping We ship to: USA UK Canada Europe Switzerland Australia New Zealand UAE Singapore Japan South Korea Hong Kong Taiwan. Shipping address We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as iThrough is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Also, the APO, FPO or DPO address is not accepted. Shipping service All shipping service includes tracking information. When order fulfilled, tracking information would be automatically sent to you. These details are also listed on the USPS website tracking page, which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email. Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package. Email at email@example.com directly if you did not hear from us. Import Taxes All countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter. Responsibility iThrough Team is always glad to help you out from any issues about shipping deliveries and insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, USPS will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. But if you make alternative arrangements with USPS, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and we no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
